On December 31st, the ignition ceremony of the 50 ton DHL angle tube biomass boiler produced by Shandong Zhongjie Special Equipment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongjie Special Equipment") was grandly held at the Hubei Paper Base of Dr. Jin Group, marking the official completion and operation of the first phase of Dr. Jin's (Hubei) 250000 ton high-end household paper project.

Dr. Jin Group is a household paper enterprise that integrates research and development, production, and sales. It independently develops and produces high-end household paper series products such as "Jinbo Shi", "Qinqin Jia Ren", and "Paper Doctor", and has been selected for the "Craftsmanship" industry list in the household paper industry for many years. The annual production of 250000 tons of high-end household paper project by Dr. Jin is an important strategic choice for Dr. Jin Group's layout in Central China and radiation throughout the country. After the project reaches production capacity, it can achieve an annual production capacity of 250000 tons, an output value of 2.5 billion yuan, and a tax revenue of 200 million yuan, becoming one of the top three household paper enterprises in the city in terms of production scale. It will further strengthen the Xiaonan paper hygiene industry cluster and shine the golden signboard of "China's Paper Hygiene Capital".

Dr. Jin's annual production of 250000 tons of high-end household paper project adopts the third-generation DHL angle tube boiler independently developed by Zhongjie Tezhuang. The boiler has the characteristics of green, high efficiency, stable operation, and good sealing. The design fully considers the characteristics of biomass fuel such as low ignition point, low ash melting point, large ash content, and easy coking. Special designs have been made for key parts such as the front and rear arches and convection tube bundles of the boiler, realizing the three-way circulation of flue gas, effectively avoiding the generation of molten dust, and achieving continuous and efficient operation of the boiler. In addition, the boiler also increases the heating area, reduces the exhaust temperature, further improves thermal efficiency, reduces operating costs, and allows users to use high-quality steam at a low price.
