The factory holds A-level boiler manufacturing and installation qualifications, specializing in a series of products such as gas boilers, biomass boilers, waste heat boilers, and nuclear power electrode boilers. It is an important production base for the company's large-scale energy and power equipment.

The factory is equipped with more than 500 advanced equipment such as membrane wall automation production lines, and has established testing sites for non-destructive testing, physical and chemical testing, and has a complete quality control system. By jointly building an industry university research platform with Xi'an Jiaotong University, breakthroughs have been achieved in key technologies such as low-carbon combustion, efficient heat exchange, and multi energy complementary coupling of heat pumps, reaching an international leading level, successfully breaking the international monopoly of Europe and America, and realizing the localization and substitution of low-carbon thermal energy conversion equipment. Fist products - direct fired biomass boilers and waste heat boilers in the formaldehyde industry, with leading technology in China and a stable market share among the top in the industry.

Shandong Zhongke Neng Artificial Environment Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 and is located at 4999 Changjiang Road, Luxi New Area, Heze. It is a national high-tech enterprise, Shandong Province's specialized, refined, new and first equipment manufacturing enterprise. The factory highly focuses on the new energy heat pump equipment industry, and develops a series of products such as direct sewage source heat pumps, ultra-low temperature air source heat pumps, high-temperature water source heat pumps, flue gas source heat pumps, and magnetic levitation heat pumps for various fields such as constant temperature aquaculture, industrial refrigeration, and civil heating. The direct sewage source heat pump and ultra-low temperature air source heat pump developed have been recognized as the first (set) technical equipment and key component products in Shandong Province, with internationally advanced technological level.

The factory has 5 municipal key research and development platforms, with a total of 4 authorized invention patents, 39 utility model patents, 8 software copyrights, and participated in the formulation of 1 national standard for the heat pump industry. It has also won multiple honors such as the first prize for excellent scientific and technological innovation achievements in Shandong Province and the second prize for scientific and technological progress in Heze City.

The factory is located at No. 65 Bohai Road, Luxi New District, Heze, covering an area of 220 acres and a building area of 150000 square meters. It is a core production base for green energy, industrial gas storage pressure vessels, and chemical process equipment. Its main products include industrial gas storage tanks such as LNG, liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, liquid hydrogen, carbon dioxide capture, and liquid air energy storage equipment, as well as chemical supporting containers such as LPG and liquid ammonia. The annual production capacity is 5000 units/set.

The factory area is equipped with the national "863 Program" strain strengthening system, as well as advanced equipment such as digital imaging detection, welding robots, and "P+T" plasma welding machines, and has the ability to undertake a single batch of 100 ton carbon dioxide energy storage equipment; To provide liquid nitrogen containers for the world's largest liquid air energy storage project, filling the domestic gap; Provided liquid oxygen and kerosene storage containers for space engine testing, successfully replacing imports. The ultra-low temperature pressure vessels produced have been awarded as the single champion products in the manufacturing industry, and the production, sales, and comprehensive strength of LPG and carbon dioxide storage containers remain among the top in the industry.

The project is located on Haihe Road in Luxi New District, Heze, covering a total area of 380 acres. It is a high-end special equipment strategic base that the company focuses on building. The core layout of the factory area includes cutting-edge fields such as nuclear power equipment, energy-saving and carbon reducing thermal energy equipment, aerospace supporting pressure vessels, and new energy storage supporting equipment. Six special equipment production lines are planned and constructed, supporting large-scale research and development centers, comprehensive buildings, and pilot workshops. The designed annual production capacity is 10000 sets. After reaching full capacity, it is expected to achieve an output value of 5 billion yuan, tax revenue of 400 million yuan, and solve 600 employment problems.

As a major project in Shandong Province in 2025, the factory is not only a large-scale manufacturing base, but also an innovative platform that integrates cutting-edge technology research and development, major achievements transformation, and high-end industry incubation. A 20000 square meter R&D center has been jointly established with Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shandong University, and other institutions.
