DZL biomass boiler is a single drum longitudinal boiler designed specifically for biomass fuel, using chain grate combustion technology. It has the characteristics of efficient combustion, environmental protection and energy saving, and stable operation, and is widely used in industrial steam, heating, food processing and other fields.

(1) Wide fuel adaptability: It can burn renewable energy such as biomass pellets, sawdust, rice husks, straw, palm shells, etc., replacing coal and reducing operating costs.

(2) Efficient combustion&energy saving: Adopting a reasonable furnace arch structure to enhance combustion efficiency and reduce unburned losses. Graded air supply ensures full combustion of biomass fuel, with a thermal efficiency of over 85%. Stable combustion reduces the need for manual operation.

(3) Environmental protection and low-carbon: low emissions: biomass fuel has low sulfur content and low SO ₂ emissions; NOx emissions are lower than those of coal-fired boilers. Carbon neutrality: The CO ₂ released from biomass combustion can be absorbed by plants, achieving near zero carbon emissions. Optional dust removal and denitrification devices (such as bag dust removal and SNCR denitrification) can be selected to meet the GB 13271 emission standard.

(4) Automation control: adopting PLC/frequency conversion control to automatically adjust fuel supply, air volume, water level, etc., achieving intelligent operation. Optional remote monitoring system for easy management.

(5) Stable and reliable: sturdy structure: made of high-quality boiler steel, resistant to high temperature, corrosion, and long service life. Safety protection: equipped with multiple protection devices such as overpressure, water shortage, and shutdown, in compliance with TSG 11-2020 boiler safety technical specifications.
