Product Introduction
WNS series low nitrogen condensing boiler is a kind of automatic, horizontal internal combustion low nitrogen condensing oil (gas) boiler. The boiler body adopts the wet back two return structure: the first return is the corrugated furnace and the reverse flow combustor, and the second return is the threaded smoke pipe. The economizer and condenser are placed on the top of the boiler and form the third return of flue gas outside the boiler.
Performance Characteristics
High efficiency and energy saving. The heat exchange area of the economizer and condenser is large, and the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas is high, which can fully absorb the heat released by the condensation of water vapor in the flue gas, and the thermal efficiency can reach more than 99%.
The heat transfer efficiency of the boiler can be effectively improved by using the convective heating surface of the threaded smoke tube.
Good environmental protection effect. CO2, NOx, SO2 and other harmful components in the flue gas are dissolved in the condensate, which can effectively reduce the emission of air pollutants. At the same time, with large-scale furnace structure and flue gas re-circulation technology, ultra-low nitrogen emission can be achieved for gas-fired boilers, and NOx emission is less than or equal to 30mg / Nm3, which fully meets the increasingly stringent national environmental protection requirements.
The spiral finned tube and shell of the economizer and condenser are made of ND steel with sulfuric acid corrosion resistance, which greatly improves the service life of the equipment. The combination of intelligent combustion control and automatic safety interlock protection system ensures economic, environmental protection and safe operation.
Working Principle
In addition to sensible heat of flue gas, steam also takes away a lot of latent heat of vaporization. If all or part of the steam in the flue gas is condensed by reducing the exhaust gas temperature, and the latent heat released from the condensation process is recycled, the effective utilization heat of the boiler will increase, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler will be significantly improved.
WNS type low nitrogen condensing gas boiler aims at the key technical factors such as the relationship between water vapor condensation rate in flue gas and exhaust gas temperature, the relationship between condensation rate and thermal efficiency, and the corrosion rate of condensate water to different steel grades. Through reasonable design of heating surface, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to ensure the condensation rate of water vapor in flue gas to meet the design requirements, so as to greatly improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
