Shandong Zhongjie Special Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly Heze Boiler Factory Co., Ltd.) was founded in 1984, with three factory areas: Ji’nan Road, Changjiang Road, and Bohai Road, covering an area of over 250,000 square meters and a main workshop area of 150,000 square meters. The registered capital is 50 million yuan and the total assets are 450 million yuan. There are currently over 1000 employees, including 268 engineering and technical personnel and 82 middle to senior technical personnel. Shandong Zhongjie Special Equipment Co., Ltd., with a high focus on the green energy special equipment industry, is a professional manufacturing enterprise for special equipment such as boilers and pressure vessels. It has seven major business centers, including the Boiler Business Center, Cryogenic Vessel Business Center, Pressure Vessel Business Center, Central Air Conditioner Business Center, Engineering Installation Business Center, and International Trade and Internet of Things Business Center.

The company has self operated import and export rights, with A-level boiler manufacturing license and A2 level pressure vessel manufacturing license qualifications, A2 level pressure vessel design license qualifications, level 2 boiler installation and GB2 and GC level pressure pipeline installation license qualifications, and level 3 mechanical and electrical equipment installation professional contracting qualifications. We are a member unit of the China Boiler and Water Treatment Association, a member unit of the China Chemical Equipment Association, and a director unit of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, and has passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, national high-tech enterprise certification, and American ASME/U2 certification.

The company is highly focused on the green energy special equipment industry, and its leading products include: oil (gas) boiler Heat-transfer fluid boiler, biomass boiler, waste heat boiler and other boiler products; Vacuum insulated cryogenic pressure vessels such as LNG storage tanks, oxygen nitrogen argon storage tanks, carbon dioxide storage tanks, etc; Pressure vessel products such as liquefied petroleum gas storage tanks, liquid ammonia storage tanks, denitrification engineering equipment, thermal energy storage equipment, and complete chemical equipment; Ground (water) source heat pumps, air source units, water-cooled screw units, air-cooled modules, and other central air conditioning and HVAC equipment. The planned products include high-end green energy equipment such as large thermal energy centers, LNG transport vehicles, and LNG tank containers.

The company attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation, R&D and design. In 2021, it was recognized as "Shandong Province's Specialized, Special and New Enterprise" by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology. It has one municipal enterprise technology center in Heze, which has built a nondestructive testing, physical and chemical tests, welding tests, water pressure tests and other test sites, configured with more than 600 laser cutting machines, numerical control machine tools, tensile testing machines, plasma welding machines and other various instruments and equipment, and developed ultra-low temperature pressure vessel welding key product technologies such as biomass boiler emission reduction and waste heat utilization have been nominated for the Science and Technology Innovation Project of the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Key Project of the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission. We have obtained 26 authorized utility model patents and more than 50 authorized invention patents.
